The protagonist is still the “village”, the people who inhabit it, their lives, the way they reproduce their customs and traditions in their everyday life, everything they have achieved in time, and everything they dream of. The glorious moments but also the hard times, the manners and customs, the songs and the celebrations, the relationship with the natural environment, and the way that this affects the economy of the place and the souls of the inhabitants.
The village is not just a romantic view of life, it is a living cell that adapts to new conditions. With imagination, ingenuity, a sense of humor, high aesthetics, emotion, and contemporary television language, we pin down and record the relationship of the old with the new, from yesterday to tomorrow and from one end of Greece to the other.

Sunday at the village again, in legendary Bralos of Fthiotida. A village famous for its railway station (a transit center during the First World War) and a historic junction on the Thessaloniki-Athens highway. Kostis travels in time and place. The iron bridges - masterpieces of engineering, in Papadia and Asopos, each with a separate narrative that starts at the beginning of the 20th century and extends to the Second World War and the present time. We trace the railway history of Bralos, the economy of the place, the habits of the people, their issues, their difficulties, and their feasts. With their perseverance and passion, the locals keep the traditions and the beauty of their village alive. We experience magical moments with them at Lake Nevropolis, on Mount Kallidromo. And in the central square of the village, the feast of Roumeli has a lot of surprises in store. Their songs and dances reflect the profound memory of the place. Their smiles reflect their optimism for the future of the village. And the banquets reflect their passion, their spirits and of course their cuisine.
