A 45-minute weekly show. A production of ERT3, 2023. The 3rd season of the series"Green Stories" will continue to take us to different parts of Greece and bring us into contact with organizations and people working on environmental issues

In the fourth episode of season 3, GREEN STORIES meets forester Dr. Stefanos Diamantis in the area of Voios, where he informs us about the effort to deal with chestnut blight in Greece.
In the second half of the episode, we travel to Antikythera island, where we observe some of the activities of the Antikythera Bird Observatory (ABO). Dr. Christos Barboutis and the volunteers of ABO show us how they catch the birds which fly across the island so that they can ring them and monitor their journey. We learn about the action and goals of the station and how the volunteers work.
Finally, Kostas Papakonstantinou talks to us about the establishment and the history of ABO.
