A man from Thesprotia made his dream come true. He returned after 40 years from Australia to Igoumenitsa and created a model unit, not only for Greece but also for the whole of Europe, of bio-safe shrimp farming. This year was the first year of production and the quantity of fresh "black tiger" shrimp consumed mainly raw or boiled covers for the moment only in the Greek market. However, the company has signed agreements with Europe and the Middle East.
