The distinguished pastry chef Kriton Poulis shares with us his secrets of pastry making and prepares two desserts step by step. In this episode, along with his colleagues, Lena Samerka and Alkis Moutsai, they prepare a rather lengthy recipe, a black forest cake with sour cherry, and then a quicker one, a yogurt cake with sour cherry. As in every episode, just before the preparation of the second recipe, they have a video call with a Greek chef who lives and works abroad.
