On this episode of Pop Cooking, the chef is joined by actor Nikolas Bravos, who leaves off acting for a while and takes up the art of cooking. With the valuable guidance of Andreas Lagos and the finest PDO and PGI products our land has to offer, let’s get creative! The menu includes: Grilled cauliflower with a pesto of cherry tomatoes, almond and Batzos cheese, Beans from Kattavia, Rhodes in chicken soup and, last but not least, Mahalepi with Agros Rosewater.
