A journey of taste that starts from the Cyclades, continues to Pontus and ends in Crete is today's episode of "POP Cooking". The excellent chef Andreas Lagos, having as his valuable assistant popular yoga instructor Sofi Paschali, creates delicious dishes, with amazing PDO and PGI products that fascinate us with their rich taste! Unique recipes that are part of the valuable Mediterranean diet. The menu includes: Gnocchi with potato and red pepper in cream from Naxos Graviera cheese, pie with Perek pastry sheets, roasted eggplant, kasseri and feta cheese, and for the end, Kariokes (walnut-filled chocolates) with Crete Paximadi (rusk) and sweet made of bitter orange. Special recipes that take us on a journey though delight!
