"Sunday at the Village Again": a brand new take on the traditional show.
The protagonist is still the “village”, the people who inhabit it, their lives, the way they reproduce their customs and traditions in their everyday life, everything they have achieved in time, and everything they dream of. The glorious moments but also the hard times, the manners and customs, the songs and the celebrations, the relationship with the natural environment, and the way that this affects the economy of the place and the souls of the inhabitants.
The village is not just a romantic view of life, it is a living cell that adapts to new conditions. With imagination, ingenuity, a sense of humor, high aesthetics, emotion, and contemporary television language, we pin down and record the relationship of the old with the new, from yesterday to tomorrow and from one end of Greece to the other.

Sunday at the village again, in Kastaniani, Konitsa, one of the legendary craftsman villages of Epirus, surrounded by greenery, with excellent architectural appearance, as though a postcard. The stone craftsmen have left a strong imprint on the village. Every house is like a museum. On the one side grandfather Konstantinos and on the other his grandson with the same name, two people with separate life stories, but at the same place. Kostis traces stories, legends, myths, traditions and customs. He chats with the residents about their daily lives, then and now. Grandpa Filippos and Grandma Vassiliki remember their youth, the serenades and the feasts. Maria narrates her family's history, the years of emigration from Kastaniani to America, lives like a novel. Panagiotis praises the passion of the old builders. Pinelopi explains all the customs of the village, from Christmas to August. In Cynthia and Efthimi's café, the nights are full of music, dancing, handmade flavors and endless conversations. The women of the village reveal the secrets of their cooking and the unknown stories behind each dish. Finally, Kostis and Magda make "lamb with potatoes" in the roaster - it's not a recipe, it's a period film.
