Ivi tries to accept her health problem, but is pressured by the way everyone deals with her because of it. Fanis and Patty try to distance themselves, Maro (nurse of the Clinic) makes an attempt to approach Salva again and Angelos feels that it is time to leave behind the phantom of Iro. The road will bring about a critical incident for the team and the decision that Pavlos makes, in order to process it, endangers the entire Iasis Clinic. The characters will be confronted with a new virus. The only way to save themselves is a quarantine.
