On this episode, distinguished pastry chef Kriton Poulis, along with his colleagues, Lena Samerka and Alkis Moutsais, prepare a rather lengthy recipe, a "Sweet Pumpkin in a cardamom cookie" and then a quicker one, easy-to-make "Cinnamon cookies".

As on every episode, just before the preparation of the second recipe, they have a video call with a Greek chef who lives and works abroad. In this episode, Alex Samoilis from Saudi Arabia talks to us about his experience.
