Dimitris Razelos and Eva Tsami are a beloved theater duo, but Eva's ill-mannered character disgusts Dimitris, who, along with the theater director, decides to replace her with Marina, a talented actress. Marina's success overshadows the fame of the leading actor. Meanwhile, Eva plans to destroy Marina with the help of the journalist Stamatis. In the end, they succeed in sowing discord, and Dimitris ends up unsuccessful in Agop's traveling theater. Eventually, the couple reunites.
