Weekly Show, Production of ERT3, 2021-2022 A show about the herbs of the Greek land. We examine the history, importance and value of herbs in modern times but also to the folk tradition, either lost or forgotten, that accompanies them; wandering in the rich Greek nature, we follow a search of people related to it and maintain a life relationship with herbs.

Valia discovers the first spring herbs in Pelion and visits one of the three caves that claim status as the residence of Chiron, Asclepius' teacher. Having Maria by her side, they walk around the lovely cobblestone streets of Lafkos and gather florence fennel, wild lavender and young fern sprouts. In the village square, next to the oldest - but still open - café in Greece, Giorgos cooks fern meatballs, as one more dish for their table of appetizers and tsipouro.
