«Historical Walks» aims to highlight aspects of Greek History unknown to the general public simply and understandably.
The documentary series aims to present History in a different way, History in its place. With exterior shoots in Athens or the provinces, in locations related to the subject of each episode, and the "utilization" of the valuable archive of ERT and other organizations.
Today:
"The experience of the Occupation and the Resistance in Athens"
In this particular episode, Marilena Katsimi tours historically significant places in Athens, with historian Menelaos Charalampidis as her guest. Together, they discuss the period of the Occupation of Athens. The first stop on their historical walk is the historic café ZONARS.
