A rookie police officer, Alicia West, living in Detroit, witnesses the murder of a drug dealer by her corrupt colleagues. The incident is recorded by a hidden camera on her uniform. Alicia temporarily manages to escape, with the help of the only person from her community willing to assist her. However, the net tightens as she becomes a target of both the drug dealers and her corrupt colleagues, who relentlessly pursue her to prevent the disclosure of what happened and to silence her once and for all.
