The return of the expatriate somewhat relieves her pain but doesn’t alleviate her grief. She adjures, therefore, Giorgis and her other son, Michailos, to search for their brother's murderer and avenge him. She is ignorant, of course, of who her son's murderer is and anxiously searches for him, while her Turk protégé, Kiamilis, whom she had taken care of if he were her child, after a dramatic adventure, although not knowing that he is the one who has -unwittingly- killed the son of his benefactress. Episode 4
Giorgis learns that Ahmed is close to finding the murderer of Christakis and comes to inform his mother. She, along with Valindé, goes to the police to see the person they have arrested. However, they find out that he has managed to escape. But Ahmed has once again found his trail and is searching to find him. He will fail because Charalambis escapes again and is ready to leave Istanbul.
Kiamil and Nezile are planning their escape, unaware that her husband is watching their movements. Fate will ruin everyone's plans and lead to an unexpected catharsis. The mystery is finally solved when Kiamilis tells Giorgis that he has finally killed the vampire who wouldn't let him rest. He had always seen Charalambis as a vampire, believing he had killed him.
Giorgis realizes that the postman Kiamil initially killed was not Charalambis, but Christakis, who had replaced him at work during those days. The real culprit, Charalambis, was killed the second time. The revelation is terrifying, and Kiamilis loses his mind. He begs Giorgis not to tell his mother. The aftermath of the truth's revelation is unexpected and shocking.
