The 39-year journey of a TV show on ERT!!! The longest-running cultural program on television.
In each program, the autobiographical subject sets the framework of the film that is made about them. Then, with their collaboration, the structure and character of the entire presentation are determined. We initially study all the existing biographical information, follow the thorough documentation of the person's work that we are recording, refer to publications and interviews concerning them, and after months of preparation, we complete our television recording.
Today:
"Angelos Antonopoulos"
On the show “Monogramma” actor Angelos Antonopoulos recounts a life in theater, cinema and television through a diverse selection of roles in productions that set high standards. His deep, distinctive voice alongside a charming stage presence have entered the collective subconscious of Greek people, both the ones who associate him with “The Unknown War”, yet also the ones who saw him in the ancient Greek comedy “The Birds” at the ancient theater of Epidaurus.
Born in the town Olympia, near the archaeological site of Ancient Olympia, he recalls how he learned to swim in the Alfeios river. He has lived through difficult years of poverty, and of the German Occupation.
