A series of 12 original half-hour documentaries, presenting traditional arts and techniques in the 21st century, filmed in various parts of Greece. The young protagonist Christos Zacharof travels from Corfu and Paramythia to Lesvos and Patmos, Geraki, Laconia and Lagkadia, Arcadia, to Alexandroupoli and the villages in the Rhodope mountains, places where economically viable traditional professions are still practiced, most of which are included in the UNESCO list of intangible cultural heritage.
Christos attempts to learn the secrets of marble craftsmanship, wooden shipbuilding, silversmithing, or knitting in the places where they are practiced, working alongside the craftsmen. Along with Christos, the viewer of the documentary also experiences the struggle, difficulties, and peculiarities of each art!

The marble craftsmen from Tinos, with their insistence on mining and processing marble on Tinos' Exo Meria, keep the great tradition of their ancestors intact.

On this new episode of "Meet the Craftsmen", Christos follows both young and old masters, trying to “listen” to the marble, to recognize the forms that the students carve out at the marble sculpture school, to learn to follow the grain of the transparent stone so as not to spoil it, but also how to handle the pantograph, with an aim to understand how marble sculptors can copy nature with such precision.

Finally, he visits an abandoned marble quarry by the sea, where he finds traces of ancient carvings. Alongside Christos, the viewer comes to understand the privileged relationship of the people of Tinos with their land and the marble hidden in its bowels, a relationship that remains unbroken through time and continues to produce unique works of art and highly skilled craftsmen.
