The Story
It all began when surgeon Philippos Razis discovered a sick 12-year-old Roma girl outside the hospital. During surgery, he realized she was missing a kidney. The girl eventually died, and no one came forward to claim her. Investigating her death, Philippos uncovered a human organ trafficking ring. However, his attempt to bring the perpetrators to justice made him the target of a sinister plot that landed him in prison.

Now, we follow Philippos as he fights for survival behind bars. The directive is clear: he must be killed. Yet, he survives, thanks to his unwavering character and medical expertise. Appointed as the prison doctor by the chief warden, he saves lives and becomes a hero. But one fateful night, he is brutally beaten and ends up in the hospital. With the help of friends from prison, he escapes.

On the run and branded a fugitive, Philippos hides while preparing for his return. With the help of old and new allies, he gathers fresh evidence to reopen his case and prove his innocence.

Once again, he faces an entire system. Will he succeed?

Episode 5: "Love"
Time passes, and Filippos has restored order in the wing. Iagos grows angry and attacks Tzelos, prompting Filippos to propose a deal: leave Tzelos alone in exchange for Filippos helping him get back on his feet.
Erietta grows concerned as she cannot find Maritina anywhere, while Raphael and Thalia investigate the possible connection between the construction company "Architect," the hospital's management, and the criminal network. Meanwhile, as Filipos supports Iagos, he discovers Maritina’s letters in his room.

Episode 6: "Birth"
Filippos reads Maritina’s letters, while Makis reveals to Sirhan that Filipos is the new leader of the wing.
Filippos searches for Maritina and asks Raphael for help to find her. Raphael reveals that Maritina is involved with Jason, with whom she is raising their son.
The chief guard appreciates Filippos’ actions and gives him a phone to contact his wife. Sergios continues to oppose him until Filippos helps him during a critical moment. Sirhan gives Iagos a one-week ultimatum to eliminate Filippos.
