We examine the history, importance and value of herbs in modern times but also to the folk tradition, either lost or forgotten, that accompanies them; wandering in the rich Greek nature, we follow a search of people related to it and maintain a life relationship with herbs.

In Tzoumerka, we meet creative people who strive to make the most of, protect, and cherish the best their land has to offer.

With them, Valia discovers Greece’s only Mallocedar forest, learns what the mysterious agleoras is, and is initiated into the Epirote way of moonlit evening walks with a group of locals.
