In 1968, Georgios Papandreou is having an operation in a central hospital in Athens. Kyveli, separated for years from the great love of her life, goes to see him. How did these two eminent figures of Greek history come together? One in politics, one in theater? It all begins a long time ago...

The Junta makes it as difficult as possible for the family to stay in contact with Georgios in the hospital. Kyveli searches through her files to find something of what brought her and Georgios together. Valentini finds many similarities between her and her great-grandmother Kyveli. She wants to meet her secret love. Olga meets the man she left to marry Fontas and learns from him who Krontiras was. Fontas visits Panagoulis in his cell, who begins to have a strange effect on him. Michalis and Foteini reminisce about their relationship. IN THE PAST 1920 Georgios and Kyveli's acquaintance is love at first sight, but they are both married and have to deal with it, forget it or give in to passion. Theodoridis regrets his idea to perform in Chios. He leaves first, Kyveli decides to stay on the island for a while longer but eventually, she leaves and the relationship between Georgios and Kyveli does not seem to continue.
