"VAN LIFE" is an original series of episodes that chronicles the adventures of a group of young people who decide to travel across Greece in a van, pursuing their favorite outdoor sports.

Exciting destinations, action, twists, and tested relationships among friends that grow stronger are all documented with a humorous approach, creating a series of youthful, light-hearted, and comedic episodes, set against the backdrop of the active lifestyle of van lifers.

In each episode of "VAN LIFE," mountain biking champion Giannis Korfiatis, along with his team, which is essentially a film crew, invites different characters who are enthusiasts of extreme sports to travel with them in a specially converted vehicle that serves as a small home.

Together, they try out a new sport each time, discover local communities and their people, explore the natural environment of the place where they park their "home", and enjoy both adventure and relaxation in one of the most beautiful countries in the world, which becomes the backyard of their "home" – Greece.

Manos (Director of Photography) is determined to introduce the rest of the squad to his hobby, which is none other than mountain running.

The others are not so enthusiastic about the idea of taking on the mountains, but the decision is made democratically: "It’s either mountain running on Taygetos, or else I'm gone." With the trail running athlete, Maria Malae, and the ultra-distance athlete, Lefteris Paraskevas, as their companions, the van-lifers camped at the source of Maganiaris, where the trail leading to the Taygetos Mountaineering Shelter and the top of the mountain begins.

After an chatting evening in the van full with chatting, eating and... a flour-fight, the ascent to the "magic mountain" begins. Will Giannis manage to follow the experienced runners at 2,000 meters?
