The "Open Book" series, produced by ERT in 2024, features one-hour episodes hosted by Giannis Sarakatsanis, dedicated exclusively to books and Greek authors.

In each episode, we highlight contemporary Greek publishing activity by hosting its creators. We recommend children's books for young readers, visit an established author who shares insights into their daily life, and renowned artists discuss the books that changed their lives!

We're going to be talking about love from different perspectives. We'll be hearing from a writer of young erotic novels, a writer of "adult" fiction, and a scientist. They'll be contrasting the fictional with the real, and talking about the role love plays in our lives.

We meet Michalis Malandrakis, who tells us about a book he wrote about Sarajevo and a war that took place before he was born.

We'll also be hearing from Grigoris Valtinos, who'll be sharing the books that changed his life. And we'll be going to Drapetsona to "travel" with an urban bus that serves as a library.
