Thirteen visual artists present their works and cite works by important colleagues (Greek and foreign), who inspired or influenced their aesthetics and style.
Through the presentation of the artists themselves, the universality of visual art and how this universality - through their work - is constituted and influenced by incorporating elements from their experiential and spiritual tradition and experience. The Athens School of Fine Arts has been an advisor to the series.

A portrait of the painter, Alekos Kyrarinis.
Alekos Kyrarinis was born in Tinos in 1976. He worked from a young age, next to his marble sculptor father.
He studied at the School of Fine Arts under Giannis Psychopaidis, about the work of whom and how much it defined him, he relates in the show. He has held 16 solo exhibitions in Greece, Spain and Belgium, while having participated in group exhibitions in Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Poland, Romania, France and Spain. He is currently preparing the exhibition that will take place in December 2021, in Paris.
In 2016, an exhibition of his works was held at the Hellenic American Union, entitled "Light and Life". His works were presented accompanied with poems by Dimitris Angelis, which were written specifically for the exhibition and the works of the Painter. This link between visual action and poetry is presented in an original way in the documentary.
