The family of the shipowner Zemperis decides to go on a short cruise. The household staff, Marigo, Ellie, and Loukas, take the opportunity for one night to experience the "high life" by going to the bouzouki club. A wealthy regular patron of the club is enchanted by Ellie and, believing she is the shipowner's daughter, pretends to be the club's singer to win her over. But mishaps and misunderstandings are bound to arise, especially when the real singer, who happens to be on the cruise ship, falls in love with the actual daughter of the shipowner
