The aim is to record and promote to the audience the richness, variety, and expressiveness of our musical heritage, through the local musical idioms as well as its modern potential in the urban environment of the big city.

Lambros Liavas and the show "Salt of the Earth" present a tribute to the Epirotic musical tradition of Pogoni and Deropoli.
The authentic sound of the region is conveyed by the members of the band Verdi with their instruments and singing: Kostas Verdis (clarinet), Stefanos Verdis (violin), Michalis Verdis (lute), and Vangelis Verdis (frame drum). The exceptional Epirotic singer Giannis Litsios, with roots in Dervitsani, also participates.
