Romantic comedy.
Alice is the daughter of the Commander of the Naval Training School. She meets trainee Kostas during a trip to Poros and falls in love with him without knowing that he is a trainee. They make plans to meet, but neither can make it (due to Alice's father and Kostas!) so they send their friends instead. However, their friends don't know each other, so Alice and Kostas believe they will never meet again. They meet again at the summer ball of the Trainee School, where they discover each other's true identities.
Later on, the trainees of the School are set to go on an educational trip. When Alice learns about this, she tries to find a reason to board the ship. She takes her father's suitcase from the car and manages to board the ship using the suitcase as an excuse. She visits Kostas on the ship, where she unintentionally gets trapped as the ship sets sail. She disguises herself as a sailor to avoid being recognized. Alice's presence on the ship leads to several comedic events.
