The show presents the stories of the Greek coal miners in Belgium, talking with people who worked hard inside the dark galleries, but also with their children and grandchildren who were integrated in Belgium and built a life for themselves.
We visit the impressive, terrifying mine carcasses with smokestacks, wagons, coal, which are still standing on the outskirts of many Belgian cities, and descend into the bowels of the earth to show the working conditions of Greek coal miners.
