Cinematic adaptation of the theatrical comedy by Georgios Roussos "The Lovers Arrive".

Professional obligations prevent industrialist Potis Antonopoulos from taking sufficient care of his wife Lela. Following the tried-and-tested recipe suggested by her cousin Mina, she pretends to have an affair in order to make her husband jealous and finally pay attention to her. Potis and his imaginative best man, Markos, begin searching for Lela's supposed lover, and their suspicions turn to the charming gentleman in the apartment above, Spyros, who is married to an extremely jealous woman. They set a trap to catch them red-handed, but all they manage to do is complicate things. Fortunately, the clarification of the situation is not far off, and the couple finds harmony and peace once again.
