In recent years in Greece we have heard more and more often about the abuse of women by their partners, and between 2020 and 2021 our country has the highest increase in the rate of gender-motivated murders. The show features two women who have experienced first-hand gender violence and its traumatic consequences: Irini, who was abused for years by her husband and Eleni Kremastioti, who saw her daughter, Erato Manolakelli, being brutally murdered by her estranged husband, while her baby was sleeping in the next room.
