Documentary about the renowned Macedonian-origin patron of the Arts of Austria, who contributed, among other things, to the construction of the Musikverein and the Austrian Parliament building, guided by his Hellenic-inspired ideals. He supported Music, young Composers, Painters, and Sculptors, as well as the erection of monuments that adorned the entirety of Vienna. He acted as a great benefactor of both Greece and Austria and served as a member of both the Lower and Upper Houses of Parliament, where he championed the rights of workers. He functioned as a personal advisor to Emperor Joseph, was recognized as one of the most prominent figures of the century, and was buried alongside the tombs of great composers Mozart, Brahms, Schubert, and Strauss, in recognition of his significant contributions.
