The flavors of Greece have no equal and of course, the fine PDO and PGI products play a leading role in this. Beloved chef Andreas Lagos buys the best ingredients and enters the kitchen of "Pop Cooking" to enchant us, once again, with his wonderful recipes. Willing "sous chef" on this episode is talented actress Dimitra Vitta who fills the set with positive energy with her warm smile. The menu includes: "Samos Festival", Keskesi with Korkoto, crispy Black Pig pancetta and, last but not least, baked cream with Cretan Xinomyzithra cheese.
