Plot: A young and ambitious prosecutor, Philippos Lianas, participates in a trial for the murder of painter Alexis Platonidis, who was also involved in human trafficking. During the months-long process, Lianas concludes that his wife should be on the dock as the accused, whom Platonidis was blackmailing.

In his speech, he asks for the acquittal of the accused, while successive revelations create tensions and twists.
